What counts as an active member?
Anyone with a live membership, subscription or booking during the billing month. Lapsed and archived contacts are stored free and never count towards your bill.
What happens as we grow?
Your bill adjusts automatically the following month. There are no plans to upgrade and no features to unlock, so you never hit a cliff.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. Frame Foundry doesn’t take a cut of your payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe at its standard rates, and that’s the only processing fee you’ll pay.
How does the free trial work?
You get every feature free for 30 days, with no card required. Add your payment details before the trial ends and your account carries straight on, with your members, settings and data exactly as you left them.
Can you move our data from another system?
Yes. You can import your members from a spreadsheet, and our team can help you bring data across from your current system. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what you have.
Can we pay annually or by invoice?
Yes. Paying annually gets you 12 months for the price of 10. If you need to pay by invoice, talk to our sales team and we will set it up.
What if we grow during an annual plan?
You pay for the year upfront, based on your active members when you start. If you grow past that number, we will let you know straight away. At the end of each quarter, if your average for the quarter is above what you paid for, we invoice the extra members for the rest of your year, still at the annual rate. If your numbers drop, your next renewal is priced on the lower count.
